Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your new jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means:

Items must be unworn, unused, and without scratches.

Items must be in their original packaging (box, pouches, and tags included).

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings if the sterile packaging has been tampered with.
3. Shipping Costs

Customer Change of Mind: For returns or exchanges due to personal preference, size, or style, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Seller Error / Damaged Items: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover all shipping costs.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at mistyjewelleryau@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how and when we issue refunds.
1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are issued for items returned to us within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet our return criteria: The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, and undamaged). The item must be in its original packaging (box, pouches, and tags). Items returned in a damaged or used condition will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Inspection Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the jewellery.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that certain items cannot be refunded:
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Hygiene Items: For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be refunded if the packaging has been opened (unless they are defective).
4. Return Shipping Costs:
Customer Preference: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Our Error: If the refund is due to our error (wrong item sent or manufacturing defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing Time:
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal). Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.
6. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at mistyjewelleryau@gmail.com.
