Thank you for shopping with Misty Jewellery. We understand that plans can change. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations below.
1. Cancellation Window

Before Shipment: We offer full cancellations for orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. You must contact us at mistyjewelleryau@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.

After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to follow our Return Policy after receiving the item.
2. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is received before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
3. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update the information, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
